Q: I'm tired of having to set up my new computer. Would you do that for me?

Q: What does it mean when I have to have my computer "wiped"?
A: This is when your computer is beyond repair for whatever reason, and it is more      effective to wipe its memory and start fresh. Typically, this involves gathering all of      your important files onto a disc and putting them back on the newly formatted      computer. This removes all viruses, spyware, and any other corrupted data or      malfunctions.

Q: If my computer works fine but one program isn't working right do I have to wipe it?
A: No. Many times when a program is installed the install fails. In this case the program      itself can be removed and reinstalled. Often times there are other reasons for the      program to not work such as settings. A good example of this would be Microsoft      Outlook.

Q: I bought new software but I can't get it to load correctly. Can you help?
